We offer classes from NRA including First Steps, Basic Pistol, Basic Rifle, Basic Shotgun, Personal Protection in the Home, Personal Protection Outside the Home as well as private one on one training related to any of the classes or coaching on firearms skills. IOWA PERMIT TO CARRY CONCEALED WEAPONS
If you are looking for a class that goes beyond the online bare bones format this is for you. This class is for responsible firearms owners familiar with operation and use of firearms to obtain or renew a concealed carry permit. You will learn and understand conflict avoidance and situational awareness, the physiology of violent encounters, the legal aspects of using deadly force including the aftermath. Review safe gun handling, safe storage, with a range qualification of 30 rounds. Bring pistol, eye and hearing protection required.

INTRO TO PISTOL SHOOTING
Introduction to Pistol shooting is designed to provide a hands-on introduction to the safe handling and proper orientation to your specific pistol. Great for new owners or the prospective new owner, range rentals are available so you can get comfortable before you buy. This course includes classroom and range time learning to shoot a specific pistol. Students will learn the rules for safe gun handling; the particular pistol model parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; cleaning the pistol; and continued opportunities for skill development.

PRIVATE TRAINING
I offer private instruction with a very flexible schedule. Any of the classes listed are offered privately as well as one on one coaching of firearms skills at your request.
